Located to the south of the Rhuys peninsula with 12 kilometers of coastline on the ocean, Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys looks out to sea.
At the heart of an exceptional tourist region, the Gulf of Morbihan, the town, member of the Regional Natural Park, offers all the assets to recharge your batteries and meet up with family or friends.
Facing the ocean, a rocky coast cut by creeks ends at the tip of the Grand Mont (highest point). A remarkable point of view on the Bay of Quiberon: you can admire the entrance to the Gulf, Carnac and La Trinité sur mer, the Quiberon peninsula, Houat and Hoëdic with, in the background, Belle île, the Presqu ' island of Guérande and Le Croisic.
The town is classified as a "Tourist Municipality".
